The Sidebar Blues

I need tips. Some sidebar tips. I've been looking through my links and I've jettisoned some. I think I'd like to get rid of some others, but I don't want to be the hatchet man. I'll leave that to you. Suggest some for the delete pile. But also suggest some links I can add. If you want to promote your own blog I'll even trade links if I dig your site.
