I am looking back at the movies that played the Loews Crescent and Crescent Theatre from November 12, 1967 until it closed for good in 1982. That's all for 1981. It's a shame the Loews Crescent lease didn't continue with first run movies, but the Martin folks did try to keep the theatre going with the kung fu and blaxploitation films. There's one last post to come tomorrow as the Crescent meets its end in 1982.
